Due to the personalized nature of our services (custom sketches and readings), all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled, as work begins immediately on your personalized product.

3. Incomplete or Error Orders

If you do not receive your order within the promised delivery time, or if there is an error in the delivered product, please email us at support@palmmystic.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will either correct the mistake or provide a suitable resolution.
